HOW DO I SALT-BAKE FISH?

To make a lovely salt crust, all you need to do is mix coarse salt with egg white.
You can also add spices for extra flavour.
Put your salt crust-covered fish in an oven preheated to 230°C
and leave it to cook until it is the correct temperature all the way through.
Once the fish is cooked, break through the crust at the table and enjoy!
